Tache's son Michael is the executive chef for the restaurant and describes the cuisine as "contemporary continental cuisine." Though Ken Tache says it is casual fine dining and everyone will leave with a smile on their face. Popular dishes included steaks, prime rib and a lobster and veal dish.
